2. Products

Products displayed on the website are available while stocks last. In case of out-of-stock, we will inform you within 48 hours and proceed with a full refund.

3. Prices

Prices are indicated in euros, inclusive of all taxes (TTC). We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Orders are billed at the price in effect at the time of validation.

4. Order

Any order implies acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale. You will receive a confirmation email upon validation of your order.

5. Delivery

Free delivery for purchases over €50. Orders are shipped within 2 to 5 business days. Delivery times vary depending on the destination. BUMP IT cannot be held responsible for delays attributable to the carrier.

6. Returns and refunds

You have 14 days from receipt to return an unused item in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds are issued within 14 days of receipt of the return.

7. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with article L.221-18 of the French Consumer Code, you have a period of 14 days to exercise your right of withdrawal without having to justify a reason.
